RESULTS OF THE CONFERENCE ON THE CONSTRUCTION COMPLEX DEVELOPMENT IN THE REGION

On April 4th, 2019 Project Development Institute took part in the XX practical conference “Development of the construction complex of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region” in the historical Park “Russia – my history”, JSC. The following topics were discussed during the conference:
- Strengthening the influence of public organizations on the development of the construction complex of St. Petersburg.
- Issues of technical regulation in the construction complex at the present stage.
- Digital technologies as a tool to increase the productivity of construction organizations.
- Regulatory issues of Bank support for the creation of real estate in accordance with the legislation on equity participation in construction.
- Regulatory issues of Bank support for the real estate construction in accordance with the legislation on equity participation in construction.
- Legislative changes in construction insurance.
Deputy Prime Minister of the Leningrad region for construction Mikhail Moskvin noted that in the Leningrad region for the period from 2012 to 2018 there were built: 61 kindergartens, including 16 kindergartens built by regional and municipal authorities, 45 kindergartens built and purchased from investors; 12 schools. Half of them were built with budget funds, 6 were purchased by municipal associations from investors. In 2019, it is planned to complete the construction of 34 social facilities. On average, 1.5-2 billion rubles from the regional budget are spent annually on the purchase of social facilities. In total, under the agreements “Social facilities in exchange for taxes” it is planned to build 85 kindergartens and 34 schools. M. Moskvin expressed confidence that in a few years the gap in the social infrastructure can be completely eliminated.
