On 28 October, the St. Petersburg Committee for Town-Planning and Architecture conducted a seminar on the procedure governing the preparation and coordination of the electronic versions of utility-design projects. The requirements imposed on electronic-document versions were considered at the seminar, and recommendations were provided as to their execution.
