Sport and recreation complexes - new project design rules

The new rules for the design of sports and recreation complexes cam (SP 383.1325800.2018 “Sports and recreation complexes. Design rules”) were recently released.
A new set of rules for the design of new, reconstructed and capitally repaired sports and recreation complexes has been developed in order to increase safety, improve the conditions of sports and recreation activities and recreation of the population of urban and rural settlements, as well as create a modern architectural appearance of public buildings and facilities.
The document spelled out the requirements for architectural planning and functional and technological solutions for the planning organization of the land, auxiliary zones and rooms, as well as requirements for ensuring fire safety, engineering and technical equipment and the internal environment of the building.
In addition, a set of rules establishes standards in terms of design, reconstruction and overhaul of ice arenas, swimming pools, universal sports and specialized halls as part of sports and recreation complexes.
The set of rules was developed by the specialists of Central Research and Design and Experimental Institute of Industrial Buildings and Structures (TsNIIPromzdaniye AO) and the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Non-Governmental Organization Russian Association of Sports Facilities (OFASOO RASS).
On November 25, amendments to the code of rules of the joint venture 32.13330.2012 “SNiP 2.04.03-85 Sewerage also came into force. External networks and facilities "(308 / pr) and to the code of rules SP 31.13330.2012" SNiP 2.04.02-84 * Water supply. External networks and facilities ”(307 / pr).
All of the above sets of rules have been reviewed by the Technical Committee on Standardization TC 465 "Construction".
After registration in Rosstandart, codes of practice and changes to them will be published on the website of the Ministry of Construction of Russia in the section "regulatory and technical regulation".
