PI-No.1 BUSINESS CLUB PRESENTS: FOODPAIRING AND A MASTER CLASS FROM THE CHEF

On December 15th, 2018 the final meeting of this year's PI-No.1 Business club was held in the living room of the cafe “Bureau”. The topic was determined on the eve of the new year holidays: Foodpairing or features of dishes and drinks combination. The lecturer was our colleague – Advisor to CEO of the Institute Artem Klykov, a graduate of the Swiss hotel school Les Roches (Montreux), an expert in the field of HoReCa.

The presented topic aroused great interest among the participants of the meeting, the lecturer received a lot of questions about the varieties and compatibility of wines.

In the second part of the meeting, the chef of the café “Bureau” Alexander Borisov held a master class on salting fish and cooking hot appetizers from pork.

All participants enjoyed the dishes prepared by the chef, which caused an incredible delight and admiration for the skill of the Professional.
