Construction Committee holds a work meeting with planners

On 13 September, Mikhail Demidenko, Chairman of the Construction Committee, held a work meeting with representatives of St. Petersburg design organizations. Designing is the fundamental stage of construction, whose proper elaboration is responsible for on-site work dynamic, project cost and commissioning time. Roughly RUB 1 bln is slated to be earmarked in the 2014 budget for the design of real estate properties. Mikhail Demidenko urged companies to actively participate in the upcoming tenders, which are expected to increase in number.
