‘‘Gorelovo’’ industrial zone

In 1963, Project Development Institute No. 1 became the territorial design organization for the Leningrad Economic District. Since 1964, the industrial hub department set up in this connection has initiated the development of diagrams for the “Obukhovo,” “Parnas,” “Krasnoye Selo,” “Neva” and “Gatchina” industrial hubs. Moving forward, the Institute implemented a vast scope of works in territorial activities, drafting over 65 general layout plans for the development of industrial regions. In the 2000s, the development plan for the “Gorelovo” industrial zone in Lomonosovsky District, Leningrad Region became one of the Institute’s many projects in this area.
