‘‘Poem by Three Lakes’’ residential complex

Project Development Institute No. 1 implemented a set of design work functioning as the General Designer for the ‘‘Poem by Three Lakes” residential complex in the Vyborg Region of St. Petersburg at the intersection of Lunacharskogo Avenue, Yesenina Street and Engelsa Avenue. The first stage of the RC was commissioned in 2007, the second was commissioned in 2012.
