Marmashen residential district in Leninakan, Armenia

Project Development Institute No. 1 is experienced in engineering construction projects, including those in areas of high seismic activity. It enabled the Institute to take part in rebuilding the city of Leninakan after the Armenia earthquake of 1988. The group of designers who worked in Leninakan in 1988-1990 was headed by Aleksandr Narykin.
