Considering the extensive experience of Project Development Institute No. 1 in designing tire plants, Neftekhimpromexport involved its specialists in developing expansion, modernization and renovation design projects at four plants producing inner tubes and tires in Cuba, both in Havana Province and Havana City proper. The customer noted the outstanding quality of related design documents.
