Born in the city of Velikie Luki, Pskov Region.

In 1993 she graduated from the St. Petersburg State Academy of Engineering and Economics with a degree in Finance and Credit.

In the period from 1993 to 2015 she worked in the specialty in the field of trade commerce, construction, organization of exhibitions.

Since 2000, she has been a member of the NP Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia.

In July 2011, she successfully completed an English language enhancement course in London.

In December 2015, she completed a course on the topic “Analysis of financial (accounting) statements and financial management”.

He has a certificate of the second degree of Certified Accountant - Chief Accountant.

From November 2015, she heads the accounting department of JSC "Project Development Institute №1".
