Irina Voronetskaya

Chief Engineer of the Project

 

Was born in Yaroslavskaya Region, graduated from Petrozavodsk State University with a degree in industrial and civil construction in 1991.

Started her professional career as a lecturer at her alma mater, then worked as senior specialist – deputy head of the technical engineering department at Municipal Unitary Enterprise Capital Construction Administration of Petrozavodsk.

Headed the architectural firm Architect Bureau A-real Ltd. in 2006, where she developed corporate standards for the planning and construction sector.

Having completed advanced training with a specialization in Management, Civil and Structural Engineering at responsibility levels I and II, Technological Solutions, Management of Central and Local Government Procurement in 2011, she continued her career as an engineer for design work and the preparation of estimates, held the position of Head of the Department for Engineering and Licenses at one of the companies forming part of Gazprom group.

She joined Project Development Institute No. 1 in the capacity of Chief Engineer of the Project in 2014. She has organized the technical supervision of design and survey works at designing of the facility, acquisition of initial permit documentation, and designer supervision of construction progress.

From autumn 2016 she is a Head of Chief Engineers' Bureau of the Institute. 

Irina was awarded a Diploma of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Karelia and a Diploma from Petrozavodsk State University named after O.V. Kuusinen.
